We’ve had some amazing Fall afternoons lately. Jakob and I have been taking advantage of the sunny afternoons before Winter comes. Although, I am pretty excited for the snow to come this year. My mom bought Jakob new boots and winter mits. His snowsuit from last year still fits (we were a little ambitious with the size) but his winter wear sits clean and untouched in the closet so far.
But my memory is clear of the bitter cold the Winter brings, so I am trying my best to appreciate these warm afternoons while they are here. Jakob loves the crunchy sound the leaves make and I taught him how fun a big pile of leaves was yesterday. He can’t quite jump yet, but I did give in to temptation and threw him into the soft pile a few times!
